AlphaGraphics Kansas City provides printing, design, and shipping solutions to businesses and organizations across the metro. We're a small, fast-paced team looking for a full-time Print Services Specialist who owns the customer relationship from first contact through final invoice — not just the front counter.

You’ll be the first voice customers hear, and the one making sure everyone — clients and the production team alike — has what they need to get the job done right.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles.
• Ability to pass messages accurately between customers and team.
• Willingness to learn printing, estimating, and quality control.
• Comfort with balancing a daily closeout.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and helping every customer — phone, email, and in person.
• Taking complete, accurate messages and passing along customer details so nothing gets lost.
• Processing inquiries, pickup and payment at the front counter.
• Processing payments and running an accurate daily closeout.
• Managing customer artwork files and daily requests and inquiries.
• Quality checks on print jobs and keeping job ticket filing current.
• Learning AlphaGraphics' products, services, and pricing to answer questions confidently.
• Handling customer complaints and knowing when to loop in management.
• Building simple estimates and, eventually, sign estimates.
• Quality checks on more complex projects and backup coverage during holidays/illness.
