Job summary

Hub Label is seeking an Account Coordinator to accurately enter customer orders and maintain timely communications with customers and team members. The role supports the Account Specialist during absences and helps with inventory and non-conformance paperwork.

You will update Printflow Web daily, monitor job status with Production, and ensure on-time delivery while cc'ing CAM on customer emails. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in the printing industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately for the team.
• Keep Printflow Web updated daily and track job status.
• Coordinate with Account Specialist and Production Team on progress.
• Correspond with customers via email/phone about day-to-day operations.
• Assist with inventory management and paperwork for non-conformances.
• Support Account Specialist and Sales in meetings and follow-ups.
