Job summary

Orion is seeking a Manager, Client Services to lead the client services team, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and managing key relationships. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week at an Orion office location, with flexibility for field coordination and cross-department collaboration.

You will hire, train, and coach team members, assign work, conduct performance reviews, and monitor service metrics to drive continuous improvement and client growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive client-facing experience at a high level.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities
