Orion Advisor Technology, LLC is seeking a Manager, Client Services to lead our client services team and drive exceptional client satisfaction. You will manage relationships with advisors and clients, coordinate with Sales, Ops, Product, and Development, and ensure compliance across the team.

You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and identify efficiency opportunities to support enterprise goals in a hybrid work model with on-site presence several days weekly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive client-facing experience at a high level.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a client services team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Measure and report team and individual performance metrics.
• Mentor staff through feedback and hands-on guidance.
• Balance capacity, workload, and resources to meet service standards.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment with open communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Run regular meetings to align priorities and remove barriers.
• Resolve servicing concerns and strengthen advisor relationships.
• Coordinate activities across sales, operations, product, and development.
• Manage vendor relationships for accuracy and ease of use.
• Ensure compliance with industry and Orion requirements.
• Monitor client NPS and drive improvement initiatives.
