Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics to provide clients with comprehensive planning and service experience. You will be the lead point of contact for planning and execution, managing budgets and delivering successful onsite events.

Based in Kearny, NJ or New York, NY, this hybrid role requires 3–4 days on-site per week, travel 25% to 50%, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event sales, account management, or related field.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management.
• Able to navigate CRM and project management systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage events up to $1 million per event.
• Work with Show Organizer clients to produce events after sale.
• Manage client requirements, expectations, and scope changes.
• Liaison between client and Freeman departments.
• Travel to show location to manage event from move-in to move-out.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients.
• Upsell additional products and services beyond current contract.
• Quotes prices and manages budgets.
• Partner with Business Development to renew client business.
