Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead planning and execution of events as the primary client contact. You will manage budgets, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful onsite execution from move-in to move-out.

The role supports the Show Organizer group within Growth (Sales), with a hybrid work model requiring in-office and show-site presence 3–4 days per week; relocation not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event sales or event management or related environment
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills
• Proficient with CRM, project management tools and MS Office for planning and reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of events within client budgets
• Serve as primary point of contact for Show Organizer clients
• Coordinate with Freeman departments to ensure on-site execution and timely invoicing
• Maintain and grow client relationships and upsell opportunities
