Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Associate Client Relationship Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, pursuing new and repeat business while identifying up-selling opportunities and delivering a well-rounded planning and service experience. This position will support Growth (Sales) under our Show Organizer Event team.

It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3-4 days per

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales, account management, or project management experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems.
• Multi-task multiple events at a time.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, pursuing new and repeat business.
• Lead planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with client budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onsite event success.
• Travel to show locations (25–50%) to manage events from move-in to move-out.
• Create proposals, contracts, and manage invoicing and budgets.
