Job summary

Novatech is seeking a Client Solutions Technician to support clients in the greater Atlanta area. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining copier equipment while delivering excellent customer service in a field setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on copier experience, comfort with multiple brands, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to service delivery. A strong work ethic and physical stamina are valued in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience servicing copiers.
• Experience with Canon, Konica Minolta, HP and/or Xerox office products.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical diagnostics and repair to existing client accounts.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair services on office equipment.
• Document service and installation actions with reports.
• Support team with dispatchers and service managers in a collaborative environment.
• Stay current on job knowledge by training and reading professional publications.
