Job summary

QCR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Banker to develop and deepen client relationships in consumer and small business banking. You will assess financial needs and recommend suitable products and services, while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires 2 years of banking or related experience, a strong client-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Availability on Saturdays and travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience.
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and build long term relationships with clients and provide financial solutions.
• Open bank accounts and oversee transactions; assist with lending needs.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
• Answer questions and provide resolutions to service challenges.
• Cross-sell retail bank loans and deposit products to individuals.
• Onboard new client relationships through follow-up via mail and phone.
• Collaborate with business development to establish new clients.
• Participate in sales presentations at partnership meetings.
• Meet monthly branch goals and track progress.
