ADP is hiring an Associate Account Manager to act as the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution and training users on ADP technology. Your role focuses on clients with 50-999 employees, with a metrics-driven, high-volume environment that rewards clear, professional communication.

Be prepared to build rapport with clients over the phone and in writing, and to provide recommendations based on ADP products and services. A supportive training program helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required. Military experience could also fit.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver for clients.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations on ADP products and services.
• Organize a daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
