Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–3 years in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with phone outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deliver tailored support.
• Own client projects from scoping to delivery and outcomes for clients and experts.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to present GLG’s product suite and maximize revenue and retention.
