Job summary

GLG is seeking Associates who thrive in a fast-paced, merit‑based environment and excel at client service. You will manage client projects end‑to‑end, from scoping to delivery, including recruiting experts and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients and GLG’s network of experts.

You’ll work with a global team, develop core business and project management skills, and have opportunities to advance into people leadership roles as you prove your impact and drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• 0–3 years in client‑facing, sales, or account management roles.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone outreach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions.
• Own client projects from scoping to delivery, recruiting the right expert(s) and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes, grow revenue, and retain accounts.
• Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values.
