Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise across a broad set of products.
• Ability to apply deep technical understanding to solution configurations.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
• Ability to define, document and communicate product business requirements.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail with strategic thinking.
• Proven track record of delivering successful client solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuration and modification of products and solutions to fit complex client use cases.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Engages with client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Identifies development requirements for product design enhancements from client feedback.
• Collaborates with product owners to define requirements and blueprints for scale and adoption.
• Documents interoperability, client journey test cases, and solution architectures.
• Promotes product readiness and interoperability with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluates enhancements to support scalable and marketable products.
• Contributes to product documentation, tutorials and knowledge articles.
• Tracks client usage to ensure results and stays updated on industry trends.
