Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Workforce Manager in Utah to oversee the on-site temporary workforce and act as liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. The role focuses on delivering quality contractors and aligning with client needs.

The position offers a base salary of $54,000–$62,000 with a $2,000 performance bonus, plus benefits including medical, dental and vision, HSA & 401k, 20 days PTO and holidays, parental leave, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
