Job summary

Aerotek, a leading talent solutions provider, is seeking a Workforce Manager to oversee client-site temporary staffing and liaise between client managers, the local office, and contract employees.

You will maximize profitability by understanding client needs, ensuring quality contractors, and supporting internal and client reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with prior lead or managerial experience and strong teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience as a lead or manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting; resolve conflicts.
