Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Phlebotomist for a full-time role in the Lakeview and West Loop areas of Chicago. The ideal candidate provides expert phlebotomy services, supports patient care, and demonstrates strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen processing, order entry in multiple systems, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in lab results. Lakeview will be primary location; two-site schedule with consistent patient care.

Formación

• Phlebotomy skills and excellent customer service are required.
• Proficiency with medical EMR systems is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs phlebotomy and other lab specimen collections following age-related standards and policies.
• Demonstrates AIDET model and emphasizes patient safety to reduce errors.
• Receives and reviews physician orders; enters accurate lab orders per policy.
