Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ months cashiering, customer service, sales, balancing, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Provide services including opening accounts, ATM cards, money transfers, etc.
• Resolve client problems by direct action or referrals.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• May be reassigned to an alternate branch location within 30 miles with notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
