Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Technician to support sample shipping and lab logistics. You will handle order processing, cooler management, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

Role emphasizes accuracy in packaging, label accuracy, and safe handling of materials while coordinating with internal teams to route samples to the correct laboratory. Training provided and full-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and teams.
• Ability to review project or sample information and follow routing guidance.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Build customer orders in LIMS; generate and review paperwork and labels.
• High-Volume Shipping: Prepare and ship a large volume of coolers and packages with FedEx.
• Shipping Labels and Technology: Create labels, track packages, verify delivery and order details.
• Client Service: Interact professionally with clients during drop-offs, pickups, and shipping communications.
• Sample Receiving: Determine appropriate Pace lab for testing and ensure shipment routing.
• Cooler Cleaning and Cross-Contamination Prevention: Sanitize coolers for reuse.
• Stock and Supply Support: Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking supplies.
• Safety and Organization: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
