Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is hiring for a shift-based role focused on shipping, receiving, and sample administration within a lab and office setting. You will handle intake, tracking, and delivery of samples and related materials while maintaining proper documentation and databases.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prefer some lab or office experience; strong communication and safe driving are valued, alongside the ability to work in a team and follow procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• One year of lab or office experience preferred; licenses maintained.
• Ability to learn organizational policies for sample administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle sample administration: receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, disposal.
• Review and process logs, documents, databases and related information.
• Transport samples and materials; deliver to required locations.
• Maintain supplies and paperwork; comply with guidelines for materials.
• Prioritize short-hold and rush samples per project needs.
• Support staff with policies and program administration.
• Assist in policy review to meet organizational needs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency and customer service.
