Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department in our environmental testing laboratory. You'll handle shipments, unpack cold boxes, verify paperwork, and log items into our tracking system, contributing to accurate data and timely processing.

We provide full training, emphasize safety, strong customer service, and a path to a long-term career in environmental science. This full-time role offers on-site work in a collaborative lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills; shipping/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in a lab or environmental testing setting is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments of samples.
• Unpack sample coolers and verify paperwork.
• Log samples into the system and track status.
