Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Client Services Technician for our environmental testing lab. You’ll support sample shipping, cooler management, and client communications, with training provided to build a growing laboratory sciences career at Pace®.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Responsibilities include processing orders in LIMS, preparing labels, shipping coolers via FedEx, and ensuring samples reach the correct lab securely and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Capable of handling high volumes and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Order processing in LIMS, generate paperwork and labels.
• High-volume shipping of coolers via FedEx with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create shipping labels, track packages, and verify order info.
• Interact professionally with clients during drop-offs and shipments.
• Review information to route samples to the correct laboratory.
• Receive and sanitize coolers for reuse; maintain workspace.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking supplies.
