Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Client Services Technician for our environmental testing laboratory in the United States. You will receive shipments, unpack sample coolers, verify paperwork, and log samples into our system to ensure accurate tracking.

We offer training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma is required, with customer service or shipping experience preferred. Training provided for lab settings and PPE is supplied.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work is preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
