Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department in our environmental testing laboratory in Phoenix. You'll learn the process and receive training to handle shipments, unpack sample coolers, verify paperwork, and log samples into our system.

We expect a high school diploma, excellent customer service, and a willingness to work in lab/office settings with PPE provided. Training is included, and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong preference towards candidates with previous customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required. We’ll train you!
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong odors, and wear required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves — all provided by Pace)

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
