Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is hiring a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department in our environmental testing laboratory in Phoenix. You will assemble client sample kits, generate shipping labels, and manage outbound packages while keeping the workspace efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent customer service skills; preferred shipping/warehouse experience.
Lab environment experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

Assemble client sample kits according to guidelines and instructions.
Create shipping labels using our shipping software and manage outbound packages to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain and stock supplies to meet client sample kit demands.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining the office.
Drive to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies.
Unload and receive client samples while maintaining appropriate documentation.
Unpack and repack coolers for shipment to other labs.
