Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Client Services Technician to support the sample receiving area of our environmental testing laboratory. You will be trained to handle sample intake, shipping, processing, and administrative tasks, contributing to accurate data and timely workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, work around strong smells, and wear PPE while handling samples (lab coat, safety glasses and gloves; all PPE provided by Pace®).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including shipping and receiving, processing and administration
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices
