Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences, LLC in the United States, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving department of our environmental testing laboratory. You’ll receive training and become part of a team that helps deliver accurate quality data.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, unpacking coolers, verifying samples against paperwork, and logging into our system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong preference towards candidates with previous customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
