Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a Client Services Specialist in Santa Barbara for an in-person role with a property management company. You will greet residents and applicants, assist walk-ins, and support leasing operations on a busy front desk.

The role requires a professional appearance, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. The work week is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an hourly pay of $24.00–$25.00.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk in customers.
• Attend and contribute to weekly leasing status meetings.
• Process rental applications - run credit reports, verification of rental history and employment.
• Contact rental applicants with approval/denial information.
• Draft rental agreements and addendums.
• Schedule lease signing and resident move ins.
• Process and track lease assignments and subleases.
• Parking - oversee parking list, agreements and rentals.
• Place follow up move in calls to new residents.
• Maintain neat and tidy workspace and lobby.
• Understand policies and apply them to different situations.
• Work well as a team.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
