• Follows up on outstanding items to ensure completion per SLAs.
• Uses HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS systems.
• Develops and maintains basic knowledge of Paychex products.
• Performs data input with strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions.
