Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred
• 2 years medical scheduling experience preferred
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Experience in high-volume customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations, scheduling, and insurance authorizations
• Serve as primary contact for inbound/outbound calls and patient communications
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure daily clinic workflow across locations
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information
• Provide accurate invoicing support and reporting
• Utilize MS Office and scheduling platforms to process daily activities
