Job summary

SWAN Denver is hiring a Client Services Representative to be the friendly voice for customers, handling inquiries and booking appointments in a fast-paced, in-office setting in the Denver area. You will resolve questions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work with a team. Prior call center and basic ServiceTitan knowledge are advantageous; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Call Center experience preferred.
• HVAC & Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Dedicated to providing superior client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment skills for sound business decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; SERVICE TITAN a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments.
• Identify client needs, provide effective solutions, and de-escalate when needed.
• Utilize critical thinking to resolve client issues with good judgment.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of products and services.
• Enter accurate, detailed records of client interactions while multi-tasking.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality calls and scripts.
