Job summary

SWAN Denver is seeking a personable Client Services Representative to be the friendly voice for customers in the Denver metro area. In this in-office role, you will answer inquiries, book appointments, and help clients navigate services with a smile.

You’ll resolve issues quickly, de-escalate concerns, document interactions clearly, and uphold high service standards while contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Call Center experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products; SERVICE TITAN experience a plus.
• HVAC & Plumbing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments with high conversion.
• Identify client requests and provide effective solutions; de-escalate concerns.
• Use critical thinking to solve client issues with sound judgment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of products and services.
• Enter accurate records of client interactions while multitasking calls.
• Meet productivity standards and follow call flows and scripts.
