Sanders & Johnson, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service by answering calls, scheduling service requests, and managing customer data in our CRM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with technology and software, including Microsoft Excel
• Punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and always on time
• Excellent at following up and seeing requests or projects through to completion
• Coachable and curious about the plumbing and HVAC industry with a natural desire to learn new things
• A sense of urgency, impeccable follow-through skills, great attention to detail, and highly organized
• A calm personality and the ability to diplomatically interact with challenging customers
• A self-starter who quickly finishes tasks

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and schedule service requests
• Manage customer data in the CRM system
• Handle outbound calls for maintenance appointments and lead flow
• Collect outstanding balances with professionalism
• Light bookkeeping and clerical tasks and promote service agreements
• Support HVAC and plumbing operations and coordinate equipment replacement estimates
