Job summary

Swan Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a friendly Client Services Representative to handle inbound calls, book appointments, and guide customers through our HVAC and plumbing offerings in the Denver metro area.

You will be the first point of contact, resolving inquiries with professionalism and a smile. The role requires 1–3 years in a call center, typing at least 45 wpm, and strong multitasking within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of call center experience required or preferred.
• HVAC & plumbing industry experience is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SERVICE TITAN is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments with high conversion.
• Able to identify client needs quickly and provide effective solutions.
• De-escalate concerns with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Maintain full understanding of products and services offered.
• Enter accurate records of client interactions and actions taken.
• Meet productivity standards while following scripts and call flows.
