Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a Client Services Representative to serve as the friendly voice for our clients. You’ll handle high-volume calls, resolve inquiries, and guide customers through service options to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a call center, can type at least 45 wpm, and work well under pressure. Weekend availability and bilingual Spanish are a plus; we offer PTO, holidays, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Dedicated to providing superior client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive high volume inbound calls and book appointments with high conversion.
• Identify client requests, provide effective solutions, and de-escalate when needed.
• Use critical thinking to solve client issues and document actions taken.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services in the portfolio.
• Enter accurate records of client interactions while multitasking calls.
• Meet productivity standards and follow call flows and scripts.
