Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage referrals and route to appropriate Brien programs or external providers.
• Enter and verify client identifiers to identify duplicates and review therapist history.
• Schedule outpatient intakes and follow-up appointments; collect and verify payer information and eligibility.
• Obtain/verify prior authorizations and document outcomes per payer guidelines.
• Maintain waitlists and contact clients to offer earlier appointments when capacity opens.
