Great Lakes Hospital for Animals in Belmont, Michigan is seeking a Client Service Representative to join a busy, team-oriented care team. This role supports clients and pets through welcoming, informing, and coordinating services across the hospital.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities exist. The CSR will work closely with veterinarians and staff, handling inquiries, scheduling, check-in/out, and patient records while ensuring compassionate, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients as they arrive.

• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Manage appointment flow throughout the day.
• Handle prescription requests and follow-ups.
• Support clients during emotional situations.
• Educate clients about services, policies, and resources.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other CSRs.
