Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support the Client Services team by managing orders, data entry, and communication across departments. You will monitor order processing, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure accurate invoicing while interacting with multiple functional areas within the organization.

This role requires exposure to cold environments, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset to maintain high service levels for retailers and consumers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years in client services, customer relations, or account management, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage client orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Address issues related to orders, delays, or quality concerns.
• Maintain records of client interactions and service requests in designated systems.
• Support the team to respond to client inquiries with accurate information.
• Access refrigerated areas as needed to preview products and pack samples.
