Performance Food Group is seeking a customer service focused professional to assist customers with order entries and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with the distributor. You will help process orders, credits, and invoicing while coordinating with vendors and co-workers to resolve issues promptly.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, communication skills, and attendance at training and service meetings, contributing to a supportive environment for customers across the foodservice network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area.
• 1 - 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems. Contact vendors and requests samples for customers.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail daily, sample requests and special orders when necessary.
• Will Call orders
• Intercompany order processing
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
