Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Administrator with a high school degree required.
• Significant administration experience working in an insurance-defense law firm or carrier required.
• Working knowledge of insurance defense client rates and billing guidelines.
• Strong customer focused orientation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Track the Firm’s client rates in Microsoft Excel, including expiration dates.
• Create and update abstract summaries of client billing and reporting guidelines.
• Serve as backup to the Client Services Manager.
• Track and schedule pending rate update requests.
• Assist with requests for information.
• Other duties as assigned.
