Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Paralegal or Legal Administrator experience preferred in a law firm setting.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Customer-focused orientation with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track the Firm’s client rates in Excel, including expiration dates.
• Create and update abstract summaries of client billing and reporting guidelines.
• Serve as backup to the Client Services Manager.
• Track and schedule pending rate update requests.
• Assist with information requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
