Responsibilities

• Track client rates in Excel and manage expiration dates.
• Create/update abstracts of client billing and reporting guidelines.
• Serve as backup to Client Services Manager.
• Track and schedule pending rate update requests.
• Assist with information requests and other duties as assigned.
