Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm, seeks a Client Services Specialist for our Downtown Los Angeles office. You will create and update client abstracts detailing billing and reporting guidelines and support the Client Services Manager.

Ideal candidates have 4-year college degree or equivalent experience as a Paralegal or Legal Administrator, strong client service focus, excellent organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience as a Paralegal or Legal Administrator.
• Experience in an insurance-defense law firm or carrier preferred.
• Strong customer-focused orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Track the Firm's client rates in Microsoft Excel, including expiration dates.
• Create and update abstract summaries of client billing and reporting guidelines.
• Serve as backup to the Client Services Manager.
• Track and schedule pending rate update requests.
• Assist with requests for information.
• Other duties as assigned.
