Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; some exposure to finance or accounting preferred.
• 2+ years in a related field, preferably service industry client operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Corporate/Fund Formation billing experience a plus.
• Ability to efficiently execute and review high-volume client activity.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gain the respect and confidence of partners that client relationships will be appropriately executed.
• Interface with client accounts payable departments with professionalism.
• Prepare and review monthly draft bills and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Respond to billing queries and review time entry protocols.
• Obtain back-up documentation and redact irrelevant information.
• Participate in collections and resolve delinquent accounts per policy.
• Conduct client reviews and verify information in reporting systems.
• Administer client engagement letter processes with timely issuance.
• Provide timely information on billing and collections; maintain records.
