You will work with sales and service staff, prepare client materials, and help identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling while maintaining records and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with professional business etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across employer groups.
• Health and Life License obtainable within 12 months of hire.

• Provide administrative support to Client Managers and serve as a key service resource for client accounts.
• Respond to inquiries regarding enrollment, billing, claims, and related administrative matters.
• Maintain client records and prepare enrollment documentation and client deliverables.
