Job summary

Oswald Companies in Cleveland, OH seeks a Client Service Administrator for the Group Benefits division to provide internal support to an account management team for an assigned book of business. You will collaborate with sales and service staff, interface with clients and carriers, and maintain records to ensure high-quality client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional business etiquette.
• 1-3 years of benefits, insurance, or related industry experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Health and Life License within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to assigned Client Managers and act as a key service resource for client accounts.
• Serve as a client contact and respond to inquiries regarding enrollment, billing, claims, and related administrative matters.
• Support client retention efforts and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products and services.
• Maintain client account information, commissions, and records within systems of record.
• Prepare client and carrier deliverables, presentations, meeting materials, and enrollment documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.
