Job summary

KP LLC is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive support to the Client Services Department. The role includes clerical duties, data entry, and coordinating service requirements for client products.

The position may also involve front desk back-up duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and coordinating courier services, while ensuring professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is desirable.
• Print/mail/fulfillment or marketing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services Department with clerical tasks and data entry.
• Assist in processing service requirements: review specifications, create work orders, prepare documents, samples and milestones.
• Communicate with customers to confirm data, order details and shipping information.
• Perform filing, scanning, and mail/data collection as needed.
• Assist in prebills, billing documents, and accounts coordination.
