Job summary

KP LLC in Renton, WA is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support billing, reporting, financial reconciliation, and operational processes. The role collaborates with Client Services, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate invoicing and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, solid Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).

Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate’s degree or 4 years directly related work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, data analysis, and reporting functions.
• Experience working within ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing, freight, and operational data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with Client Services, Accounting, and Operations teams to resolve customer billing and invoicing issues.
• Prepare and submit weekly temporary staff payroll to vendor agencies and prepare reports as needed.
• Maintain billing procedures, documentation, and process controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Generate monthly customer specific reports with consistent methodology.
• Review, reconcile and approve freight charges and post freight journals.
• Process daily freight recovery and charge back to customers.
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and special projects as assigned.
