Chaffin Luhana LLP in Pittsburgh is seeking a Client Accounts Specialist to manage the financial lifecycle of client cases and settlement disbursements. You will handle accounts payable, payments, and reporting while communicating with clients about their settlement funds.

The role requires 2+ years in bookkeeping or accounting, proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft 365, and excellent communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic or better knowledge of QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client liens, draft disbursement statements, and issue checks to clients.
• Maintain client account records in the firm’s case management system.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account information.
