Job summary

Intapp seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead client-facing projects within the Professional Services team. You will ensure engagements stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget from kickoff through close-out, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

You will manage budgets, risks, and project documentation, while guiding large virtual teams to deliver enterprise software implementations for diverse clients. This role demands strong leadership and communication.

Senior Engagement Manager

With a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, Intapp continues to expand, and we have exciting plans for the next few years. We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will work within the Client Services division to ensure the successful delivery of client-facing projects — keeping engagements on schedule, within scope, and on budget from kickoff through close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with teams across the Client Services division to keep client-facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Track and analyze project budget performance, including expenditures and procurement, reporting on any current or potential blockers, risks, overflows, and deficits.
• Track and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting to management on any changes or risks, and recommending improvements and mitigations.
• Escalate projects to management and key internal stakeholders as needed, and maintain and report on the projects pipeline.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and close out projects at completion, passing project deliverables and documentation to operations.

8–12 years of experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally working with enterprise software.

Qualifications

• A degree and a commitment to continued project management career growth.
• Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams and to perform under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling and with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance.
• Experienced user of the MS Office toolset.
• Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors is a plus.
