Intapp is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will drive successful delivery of client-facing projects, keeping engagements on schedule, within scope, and on budget from kickoff through close-out.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, document milestones, and hand off final deliverables to operations, while growing your leadership and client-management skills in a collaborative, modern work environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in a Project/Engagement Manager role, preferably with enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree and commitment to PM career growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead large, diverse virtual teams under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling and project management practices/tools.
• Excellent client-facing, internal, written and verbal communication.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in legal, financial, or professional services is a plus.

Senior Engagement Manager

Position Overview:

With a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, Intapp continues to expand, and we have exciting plans for the next few years. We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will work within the Client Services division to ensure the successful delivery of client-facing projects - keeping engagements on schedule, within scope, and on budget from kickoff through close-out.

What You Will Do:

• Work with teams across the Client Services division to keep client-facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Track and analyze project budget performance, including expenditures and procurement, reporting on any current or potential blockers, risks, overflows, and deficits.
• Track and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting to management on any changes or risks, and recommending improvements and mitigations.
• Escalate projects to management and key internal stakeholders as needed, and maintain and report on the projects pipeline.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and close out projects at completion, passing project deliverables and documentation to operations.

What You Will Need:

• 8-12 years of experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally working with enterprise software.
• A degree and a commitment to continued project management career growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams and to perform under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling and with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance.
• Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced user of the MS Office toolset.
• Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors is a plus.
